I got myself a pair of boots, and Larizia sent them out the very next day using DHL. It arrived in just 3 days from the UK to Australia. The boots are gorgeous and well-packaged, but sadly, they were a bit too large, so I needed to send them back. The return process was super straightforward, and I received my refund the same day the boots reached Larizia's return center. This gives me a lot of confidence to shop with Larizia again.

The item showed up in no time, but on the second time I unzipped the Balenciaga micro backpack, the zipper hinge that keeps the pull in place got bent and the pull came off.

I managed to fix it, which took a few minutes to do right without messing up the bag, but it was meant as a gift for my wife to store her new AirPod Pro 2s, so it was kinda awkward.

I figured that for the price and the designer label, the product would’ve gone through some proper quality checks.

Honestly, it’s not worth the hassle of returning it and then waiting two weeks for a replacement.
